Meneika has extensive experience working with adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-owns Family Sharing, Inc., a private provider of residential and day support services for adults with intellectual disabilities. (www.famillysharing.org)
Meneika has a “whole person/whole environment” approach to therapeutic supports, believing that a person who is fed, mind, body, and spirit, who has a hopeful outlook on their future, and who knows that they are valued will strive to be the best that they can be in every situation.
Meneika holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Special Education and a Master’s of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She is licensed through the Virginia Board of Counseling. She is an endorsed Positive Behavior Support Facilitator through Virginia Commonwealth University and the Partnership for People with Disabilities. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the Association for Positive Behavior Support, and the Home and Community Network of the Association of Positive Behavior Support. She serves on the PBS Advisory Board for VCU and the Partnership for People with Disabilities, and Co-Chairs the Ethics Committee for the Advisory Board. Meneika also serves on the Executive Board for the Association of Virginia Positive Behavior Support Facilitators and on the Board of the Virginia Network of Private Providers.

Ruth Ewers holds a Master of Science in Human Services and Social Work and has over 25 years experience working with adults and children with intellectual disabilities.
Ruth has a “whole person/whole environment” approach to behavioral supports, believing that when we teach coping, communication, and emotional self-regulation skills while also providing more choices and control, individuals can live more purposeful and satisfying lives.
Ruth has extensive experience helping people with developmental disabilities work through challenging behaviors and achieving their personal goals.

Deborah Brinkley has been in the field of social work and disability supports since 1996. She has extensive experience with the community integration of supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities and has a vast knowledge of resources and support. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Debi works tirelessly to find creative, holistic, and effective ways to improve the well-being of men, women, and children through all disciplines of life.
Debi is a strong advocate for community care for people with disabilities and for the development of appropriate systems to enable people to be successful. Debi is committed to community awareness as well, working with various committees and organizations to improve service provision throughout the state. Debi works with people struggling with Substance Use Disorder through assessments, referral, and groups.

Suzie Klein holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy with a minor in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling. She has over 35 years of experience working with adults with intellectual and mental health disabilities in home and hospital settings. She as a person-centered approach to behavioral supports, believing that when we listen and observe well, we help to identify and offer more choices and control for each person. With increased communication and emotional self-regulation skills, individuals can continue to engage in happy and purposeful lives. Suzie provides Positive Behavior Support Facilitation services through the DD Waiver. She also is in her residency for for Professional Counseling services under supervision.

Rachael Harlow is a Resident in Counseling with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Rachael brings experience in crisis support and a deep passion for connecting with people and helping them live lives that feel authentic and meaningful.
Rachael takes a mind-body-spirit approach to therapy, drawing on DBT principles, mindfulness, and other modalities to support clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. She tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, helping individuals of all ages build self-understanding, resilience, and move toward the life they envision for themselves.
Rachael values working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.

Tiffany McAllister is a Supervisee in Social Work who earned her Master of Social Work from George Mason University, with a concentration in Child, Youth, and Family Services.
Tiffany has experience supporting children and adults navigating disabilities, grief, family, motherhood and parenting-related concerns.
Tiffany practices from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered framework that emphasizes collaboration and client-led care. She takes a holistic approach to healing, integrating mind–body awareness and honoring each client’s resilience, lived experiences, and personal goals. Tiffany is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering therapeutic space where clients feel respected and actively engaged in their healing process.
